What's fixed
  • Fixed an issue where the folder icon was not displaying in the tree view for reports.
  • Fixed an issue where auto refresh loaded all results and not those of a saved search.
  • Resolved an error when processing an EML file.
  • Resolved an issue that prevented ServiceDesk from sending emails if they had more than 3 attachments.
  • Resolved an issue where if an apostrophe was used in a custom data text field a slash character was incorrectly added.
  • Fixed an issue where search pages refreshed to the List | All page when choosing an additional page in a search.
  • Made improvements to the way attachments are handled.
  • Resolved an issue where attached images in were overriding email signature.
  • Resolved an issue that prevented the sending of emails using SMTP to Office 365 when TLS 1.3 is used on older Windows Server operating systems.
  • Fixed an issue where auto user account creation was not working from incoming emails.
  • Fixed an memory leak when processing emails.
  • Resolved an issue where text on multiple lines was being saved on a single line within the ticket losing the intended format.
